Two Pritzker Prize-winning architects are at the helm of Central Park’s global design team: Sir Norman Foster, one of Britain’s most celebrated architects; and Jean Nouvel, who is famous for designing many of the world’s most distinctive buildings.
Their firms, Foster + Partners (London) and Ateliers Jean Nouvel (Paris) are collaborating with Australia’s most acclaimed architects including Johnson Pilton Walker, Tzannes Associates and Tonkin Zulaikaha Greer, which are based in Sydney.
Turf Design (Sydney) and Jeppe Aagaard Andersen (Cophenhagen) are the talented landscape architects behind more than 30,000 square meters of parks and terraces, which will transform Central Park into a destination for the entire city to enjoy.
